Simply straighten the inseam completely while leaving the outseam exactly as it is. This will give you trousers with a 67 cm leg opening.
If you’re happy with that amount of volume, simply use the straightened inseam. If you’d like an even fuller balloon silhouette, make the same modification but choose one size larger than you normally would.

FINISH WITH AN ELASTIC HEM
Overlock or zigzag the lower edge of each trouser leg. Press the hem up approximately 1.5 cm to create a casing for 1 cm elastic. Stitch close to the overlocked edge, leaving a 7–10 cm opening.
Attach a safety pin to one end of the elastic and thread it through the casing. Make sure the elastic isn’t twisted, then overlap the ends by 1 cm and stitch them securely together.
Stretch the elastic a few times to distribute the gathers evenly, then close the opening to complete the hem.
